Play 2 Grow is owned and operated by Marc Castelo, a Pediatric Physical Therapist (MPT) who conceived the company's Baby Spa and SmartPlay programs in 2003. During his 8 years of clinical experience as a Pediatric Physical Therapist, Castelo utilized interactive play experiences to reach potentials during critical windows of infant and child development.  These experiences helped him create the P2G curriculum. "Play 2 Grow has given me the opportunity to use my pediatric expertise in a new, exciting, and fun way - optimize whole child development through high-powered family play experiences."

The Play 2 Grow curriculum is created, endorsed, and operated by Pediatric Healthcare Professionals who understand the intimate connection between loving touch, family play, and development.

Our competent, credentialed staff members facilitate productive play experiences while never forgetting to have a great time with our growing families.

Staff member credentials include:

  • Masters Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM)
  • Children's Fitness Specialist Certification (CFS)
  • Certified Infant and Child Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Successful Completion of "Prepared for Play" Competency Exam.
  • Background / Experience Verifications of all Staff Members
