Standard Party:

  • These are the most popular parties at Play 2 Grow.  Standard parties are offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons from 1:30 to 3:00 or 3:30 to 5 pm.
  • This 1.5 hour party includes use of SmartPlay room and dining room, 2 wrapped tables, and free play guided by one Play 2 Grow staff member.
  • Unlike Deluxe parties, invitations, tableware, utensils, decorations (balloons/banners), refreshments (non-alcaholic), food, and cake are provided and served by birthday family members.
  • $295 Active Play 2 Grow families
    $345 Non-Play 2 Grow families

Deluxe Party:

  • This is our full-service birthday party.  Play 2 Grow provides all
    paper products, utensils, balloons, set amount of drinks for adults (12
    cokes, 12 diet cokes, 12 waters) and children (1 juice box for each child),
    custom invitations (addressed and mailed), 2 XL cheese pizzas, and all set
    up / clean up
  • $425 Active Play 2 Grow families
    $475 Non-P2G families

Other important information to remember:

  • Our birthday parties are offered to boys and girls turning age 1 to 4 years.
  • Parties are designed for 16 children. If you have more than 16 attending, there is a $12 additional fee per child. MAXIMUM is 20 children total!
  • Maximum number of adults at P2G birthday parties are 44.
  • All parties are 1 1/2 hours long. Times available are on Saturdays from 1:30-3:00 or 4:00-5:30.
  • We require a non-refundable $150 deposit to reserve your birthday party (cash, check, or credit card).
  • We need an invitation list no later than 3 weeks before the party. This can be mailed, emailed, or dropped off.
  • Family members are responsible for buying their own cake at all P2G parties.
  • Parents can also bring other snacks. Appropriate snack ideas include: crackers, chips, fruit, etc.
  • Parents should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the party is scheduled to start.
  • Our parties require parent participation. We do not offer "drop off" parties. We will ask that parents fill out a "participation waiver" when they arrive for the party.
  • We call for a final planning conversation the week before the party. At this time we will discuss final numbers, pizza orders, party favor numbers, activity suggestions, etc.
